THE TRAINING PROGRAM THAT IS INCLUDED WILL HELP WITH INJURY PREVENTION, IMPROVE MUSCLE ENDURANCE, ASSIST WITH RECOVERY AND ADD SPEED TO YOUR THROWING ARM.

The light resistance provides a lower level of resistance and is ideal for anyone who is starting a throwing sport such as baseball, cricket, softball and football. It is also great for experienced athletes to use pre-training and pre-game to activate the muscles off the rotator cuff.
