Please note that our online store prices may at time differ with the prices in our physical store. We try our hardest to maintain the pricing, however with so many products moving all the time there are occasionally some differences. We will always honour the cheaper price, so should you come in store having seen a price on our website cheaper we will match it in store.
We aim to keep our prices competitive with both in store and online competitors, price matching is at our own discretion and we have the right to refuse a price match on the same product, in most cases though we will be happy to meet your request.
As of 1st July 2018 we are no longer offering the 10% local club member discount instore or online, instead we will be focusing on providing the best and lowest prices for all of our customers.
Payment of online orders is accepted via Bank Deposit , Credit Card (through PayPal) , AfterPay and PayPal. Your item will not be posted until cleared payment has been received.

All information about you is kept confidential and will not be used in ways that you have not consented, and we will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your explicit approval, except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process or in the event of a merger, consolidation, or sale of the business. Your details are held in the strickest confidentiality. The details we keep on file including name, address and phone numbers are stored for customer service reasons only. We do not keep credit card details on file.

Product Availability and Shipping
We aim to have all products in store at all times, please note should you order an item and it be currently sold out you will be notified and given an accurate delivery time frame, and or a refund or replacement.
Just because our products are online does not always guarantee they will be in stock in our physical store – if you are coming to the store for a particular product please feel free to phone ahead to make sure it is available. Stock may be in our warehouse or travelling van so it may need to be brought in for you.
Returns and Exchanges.
We abide by the “consumer guarantee” As per Australian Consumer Laws, the Office of Fair Trading in regards to Returns and Refunds
Please choose carefully.
Although not required to do so by law, in most cases we are able to offer you a refund or exchange if you change your mind, buy the wrong size or wrong colour within 14days of the original purchase date.
You must provide adequate proof of purchase for any return, refund or exchange.
By law, You can choose between a refund, repair, exchange or store credit where an item has a major problem. This is when the item :
– has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they knew about it
– The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
– is unsafe
– is significantly different from the sample or description
– doesn’t do what was said it would, or what you asked for and cant be easily fixed
Please note : We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Refund method : We will usually give you a refund in the same way that you originally paid. This might be cash, cheque, money order or electronic transaction. Businesses don’t always have cash available, even if you paid cash originally. In this case, we will give you the refund in another form.
Proof of Purchase : Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:
– Original register receipt
– Online Tax Invoice
– Financial Statement (i.e bank statement, credit card statement) this includes AfterPay or PayPal statement
Should you wish to exchange an item we ask that you (the customer) pays for the return of the incorrect item, we will send out the first replacement free of charge – any changes from then on are at the cost of the customer. If the item is faulty or you were sent an incorrect item we will offer a reply paid service.
Shipping and Availability
Shipping has a flat rate fee of $15.00 incl GST across Australia.
For orders over $350.00 shipping within Australia is FREE of charge*
Shipping of online orders – we ship the items via Australia Post parcel delivery and TNT Couriers. Orders are generally posted within 24hours of cleared payment. Items are always sent with tracking and this information is always available should you require it to be sent through. Shipping within Australia is estimated at 2-4 business days to most locations however please allow up to 10 business days for locations in WA, TAS and some parts of NT. These estimates will depend on your distance from us, public holidays and weekends will delay this.
Warranties differ for each particular product.
All warranties are at the discretion of the manufacturer or distributor.
Items are to be returned to Leading Edge Sports, and we will then forward them back to the manufacturer for assessment. Please contact us further should you have any warranty concerns.
We will help you in any way we can to ensure you are getting your return processed in a timely manner and a positive outcome. If you wish to know the warranty of a particular product please send us through a request.
