ArmBarn Velobands : Resistance bands
The bands are available in 3 different resistance levels (approx weight in lbs):
Junior: 5-10lbs (~ 2-4.5kg)
Adult: 15-20lbs (~ 6.5-9kg)
Pro: 25-30lbs (~ 11-13.5kg)
- Made from premium latex
- Soft neoprene handles are removable and washable
- Lightweight and portable, can be used indoors or outdoors
- Essential for injury prevention, endurance and adding velocity for baseball players.
PLEASE NOTE - Resistance bands are not a toy and should not be used in any way other than the exercises that it is designed for. Double check the clip placement before every exercise to make sure it is not aligned with the neck, face or head
