ArmBarn Velobands : Resistance bands

The bands are available in 3 different resistance levels (approx weight in lbs):

Junior: 5-10lbs (~ 2-4.5kg)

Adult: 15-20lbs (~ 6.5-9kg)

Pro: 25-30lbs (~ 11-13.5kg)

• Soft neoprene handles are removable and washable
• Lightweight and portable, can be used indoors or outdoors
• Essential for injury prevention, endurance and adding velocity for baseball players.
