Handcrafted in Australia from double-sided cotton drill bonded over foam lamination, the brim and crown carry a UPF 50+ Excellent Protection rating, certifying strong sun defense. The breathable micro mesh side panels (gussets), backed with terry towelling, let heat escape and keep you more comfortable on long shifts outdoors.

You’ll get a 9 cm wide brim with flexible brimlock edging so the hat keeps its shape without flopping. It’s washable, packable, and built tough — twist it, flatten it, pack it, and it will settle back when you put it on.

Available in multiple sizes (from Extra Small through to beyond) and a range of colours (Black, Khaki, Bottle Green, Navy, Bone, Silver Grey). Add a chin strap + toggle or neck flap if you want extra sun protection or wind resistance.
