J-Bands™ are an integral part of our Arm Care Program and a prerequisite to our Throwing Program. It is an essential workout for any player whose goal is to have a long and healthy career.

Colors are for personal preference or to match team colors. Colors do not represent different tensions or strengths. J-Bands™ Jr. are meant for ages 12 and younger. J-Bands™ and J-Bands™ ELITE are meant for ages 13 and older
The J-Band is not a toy and should not be used in any way other than the exercises that it is designed for. Double check the clip placement before every exercise to make sure it is not aligned with the neck, face or head. Please watch our Important Safety Video by clicking HERE.
