If you become a online newsletter subscriber we will often have promotions and offers sent out, apply the code at checkout to receive the discount offered.
Please note that our online store prices may at time differ with the prices in our physical store. We try our hardest to maintain the pricing, however with so many products moving all the time there are occasionally some differences. We will always honour the cheaper price, so should you come in store having seen a price on our website cheaper we will match it in store.
We aim to keep our prices competitive with both in store and online competitors, price matching is at our own discretion and we have the right to refuse a price match on the same product, in most cases though we will be happy to meet your request.
Payment is accepted via Bank Deposit , Credit Card (through PayPal) , AfterPay and PayPal. Your item will not be posted until cleared payment has been received.

All information about you is kept confidential and will not be used in ways that you have not consented, and we will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your explicit approval, except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process or in the event of a merger, consolidation, or sale of the business. Your details are held in the strickest confidentiality. The details we keep on file including name, address and phone numbers are stored for customer service reasons only. We do not keep credit card details on file.
If joining our newsletter you will only receive marketing information from Leading Edge Sports and you will have the ability to opt out at any time.
Product Availability and Shipping
We aim to have all products in store at all times, please note should you order an item and it be currently sold out you will be notified and given an accurate delivery time frame, and or a refund or replacement.
Just because our products are online does not always guarantee they will be in stock in our physical store – if you are coming to the store for a particular product please feel free to phone ahead to make sure it is available. Stock may be in our warehouse or travelling van so it may need to be brought in for you.
Returns and Exchanges.
Leading Edge Sports adheres to QLD law in relation to returns and refunds. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, incorrectly described, different from a sample shown to you, or don’t so what they are supposed to do. Under QLD law businesses do not have to provide a refund if the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product, found the same item cheaper elsewhere, chose the wrong size or colour, knew about a fault before the purchase, was responsible for the fault or damage or when the customer does not provide proof of purchase.
SO PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY and if you have any questions please ASK us first. Should you have a problem please let us know and we will help to solve the problem in the quickest time frame possible.
Should you wish to exchange an item we ask that you (the customer) pays for the return of the incorrect item, we will send out the first replacement free of charge – any changes from then on are at the cost of the customer.

Please include some paperwork explaining whether you would like an exchange or store credit, or if there is a fault please describe. Please also include your invoice number for reference.
Shipping and Availability
Shipping has a flat rate fee of $15.00 incl GST across Australia.
For orders over $250.00 shipping within Australia is FREE of charge*
Shipping of online orders – we ship the items via Australia Post parcel delivery and TNT Couriers. Orders are generally posted within 24hours of cleared payment. Items are always sent with tracking and this information is always available should you require it to be sent through. Shipping within Australia is estimated at 2-4 business days to most locations however please allow up to 10 business days for locations in WA, TAS and some parts of NT. These estimates will depend on your distance from us, public holidays and weekends will delay this.
Warranties differ for each particular product.
All warranties are at the discretion of the manufacturer or distributor.
Items are to be returned to Leading Edge Sports, and we will then forward them back to the manufacturer for assessment. Please contact us further should you have any warranty concerns.
We will help you in any way we can to ensure you are getting your return processed in a timely manner and a positive outcome. If you wish to know the warranty of a particular product please send us through a request.
